Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives that align with No-IP’s business goals. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven approach and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze marketing data to drive decisions, and develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and performance. Experience with HubSpot (or a willingness to learn) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement scalable marketing processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Partner with specialized external agencies responsible for PPC, SEO, website maintenance, and other key digital initiatives, ensuring you have dedicated expertise without working in isolation.
- Collaborate with an internal team dedicated to copywriting and other marketing functions, ensuring ongoing support and seamless integration with all initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on marketing initiatives and key performance metrics.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Support the creation of content, campaigns, and other marketing deliverables to meet key objectives.
- Develop compelling product marketing materials—including value propositions and technical messaging—that resonate with a technical audience.
- Ensure No-IP’s digital properties (website, blogs, emails, social media) maintain brand consistency and adhere to SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to optimize the user experience and ensure that marketing content aligns with product positioning and technical requirements.
Demand Generation & Analytics
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, SEO, and paid social media, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Provide monthly reporting on website analytics, and conversion metrics.
- Use customer insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
HubSpot & Marketing Automation
- Utilize HubSpot (or be willing to learn) to manage email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and campaign automation.
- Optimize marketing workflows and CRM integration to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with a track record of motivating team members and delivering results.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience with HubSpot (or willingness to learn) and marketing automation best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data, draw insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in technology—whether as a gamer, hobbyist, or tech enthusiast—is highly valued.
