No-IP’s referral program is powered by First Promoter. By creating this account, you are agreeing to FirstPromoter’s Terms of Service in addition to the following No-IP Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use of Referral Program
You will only create one No-IP Referral Program account. We reserve the right to ban fraudulent or abusive accounts. Self-referrals are considered abusive and will be subject to removal from the referral program.
Referral Credit Tracking
Referrals are tracked when someone visits noip.com by clicking on your unique referral link which sets a browser cookie. The referral cookie life is 60 days. If a user subscribes to a No-IP service within 60 days, the referral will be credited to your account. Any referred customer that subscribes to a paid service after 60 days since the first referred visit, will not be credited. If the user switches browsers or devices during the visit to sign up, clears or blocks their cookies, or uses an Incognito Browser, the signup will not be tracked, and can not be added to your referral account. If the customer signs up without using the referral link, the referral will not be tracked.
Credits will be added to your referral account 30 days after someone you refer becomes a paid No-IP subscriber. If the referred customer cancels and receives a refund for their No-IP subscription, you will not be eligible to receive the referral credit.
Redeeming Referral Credits
Your No-IP account must be active and in good standing in order to redeem referral credits. If your referral becomes a paying customer after you have canceled your account, you will not be eligible to redeem the referral credit.
In order to redeem your Referral credits, you must open a No-IP Customer Support ticket. Our team will exchange your referral rewards for No-IP account credit.
The value of Referral Credits is defined on your referral dashboard. No-IP Referral Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred to cash.
