DUC Logs (MacOS)

Logs are a valuable resource when troubleshooting DDNS issues. In this guide we will show you how to find update logs from the DUC and output them to a text file.

First, open the Mac OS DUC. You can find the application using Spotlight search. Press CMD + Space and type No-IP DUC.

If you are not already logged in, use your No-IP account credentials to do so. If you created a DDNS Key for your host, use those credentials instead.

Next, locate the No-IP logo on your status bar and click on View Logs.

If you need to export the file, you can click Reveal to display the .log file in Finder.
