Sign Up for No-IP with a Third-Party SSO

If you are signing up for a No-IP account, you can choose to sign up with a third-party SSO provider (Single Sign-On) instead of using an email and password. You will then login to your No-IP account, using that third-party’s login.

An account created with SSO does not have a dedicated username or password. When you are ready to configure Dynamic DNS, you will need to create a DDNS Key to assign a password and username to the hostname you are using.

To create an account using a third-party SSO provider, navigate to our Sign Up page and click one of the sign up options.

You will be taken to a separate page to sign in. Once the process is completed, your No-IP account will be created.

If you received the following message, it means there is already an existing account with that email address. You must sign in to that existing account using the Email/Username and password of the No-IP account, or sign up using a different third-party account.

More Information

If your account is created with SSO, the entire sign in process will be through the third-party SSO provider you selected . If you require two-factor authentication, that must be configured through the SSO provider. Initiating a password reset on the No-IP login page will not work. If you need help signing in to an account with SSO, please contact your SSO provider for assistance. For any other questions, feel free to contact our support team.
