Team Login Information and Instructions


Team Login enhances your account security and coordination with multiple team members. With Team Login, you are no longer restricted to a single set of credentials to log into your No-IP account.

Important Notes

  • Team Login is not compatible with accounts using Google SSO for login.
  • DDNS Keys are necessary to configure Dynamic DNS as a Team Login sub-user.

 

Creating a Team Member Login

Navigate to the Team Login page. Click on Add New Team Member.

Enter your team member’s first name, last name, and the email to be associated to their login. When finished, click Create.

Upon creation, a confirmation email is delivered to the chosen email. The confirmation prompts your team member to set a password for their login.

Finally, we strongly recommend your team member configures Two-Factor Authentication.

Managing Team Members

Delete a team member:

From the Team Login page, hover over the team member and select the More Options icon. Click on Delete User.

Disable 2FA for a team member:

From the same location, you can Disable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for your team members.

Team Members do not have a security question to verify ownership. If they lose access to their authentication device, the Disable 2FA option is the only way to restore access.
